Thank goodness for Babelfish. I’ve looked up the website of the spammer’s domain authority and was able to get a fair idea of what was what based on the Babelfish translation from Chinese. I’ve emailed that authority (in English, unfortunately) and asked them to stop him. They had a couple of pages in English as well as Chinese, including the terms and conditions for getting a domain name. That page included this:

By applying to register a domain name, or by asking us to maintain or renew a domain name registration, you hereby represent and warrant to us that

C. you are not registering the domain name for an unlawful purpose;

Well, as far as I’m concerned, he’s using his domains for an unlawful purpose. I’ll post updates as they become available. Oh, and my hosting company said he wasn’t using their servers so there’s nothing they can do. Not as helpful as I’d hoped for.
