Enter ‘ Keywords ‘, ‘ Business Type ‘ eg. Restaurants. Then type location [ any combination of ' Street Name ', ' Suburb ', ' Town ' ], Search Area eg. within 1 km and click ‘ Search ‘.

Once you’ve found a map you can save it (requires entering an email address and password). It all seemed a little slow, even with a cable modem, but it was very effective for the searches I did for Christchurch.
