Hmmm. Those with Google AdSense ads need to fill in some Tax forms. For those of us outside the US this section is particularly interesting:

A United States (U.S.) business presence involves having employees or equipment in the U.S. that are involved in any way with revenue earned through the AdSense program. This includes, but is not limited to, having a web server or hosting service in the U.S.

looks like I chose the right time to move my hosting back to New Zealand. Set it up yesterday and am slowly building a whole new site.

Thats a good way for the US to shoot themselves in the foot. US hosting companies loose out on a large amount of business from customers that won’t host in the US based on that statement.
