I buy quite a few DVDs from Blackstar in the UK. Recently I received the Season 3 box set of Babylon 5. It was darned hard to remove the DVDs from the spindle thingy which holds them in the case. they were tight as. Which made it particularly surprising that two of the discs had come loose and were rattling about in the package getting scratched.

My email brought a speedy response and Blackstar sent me a replacement box set immediately, with a code for the returned items and an offer to reimburse the postage costs for the returned set. The next box set was carefully packed with additional padding round each disc. Happy customer here.
