Drop Drawers is a revolutionary user-interface enhancement for the Mac OS or Mac OS X which provides floating pull-out, snap-shut drawers on the sides of your screen to store text, URLs, aliases, scripts, pictures, sounds, movies and anything else.

I have drawers to store coding for using macrons in web pages, odd bits of text I need, acronym coding for web pages, quick access to folders of client projects, URLs to various shopping sites, the Process Drawer which I use instead of Apple’s Dock, and assorted others. I like that I can place these drawers around any edge of my screen, hide and reveal them by hovering the mouse over the handle or clicking the handle to make the drawer stay open.
