It’s been a frustrating week where I’ve felt very let-down by Apple. Things are picking up a little now though. One thing was that I pay a heap to subscribe to .Mac. Several days ago Apple offered a large discount on Keynote for .Mac users. You needed to choose your Apple Store from a drop down list. Of course, we don’t have an Apple Store in New Zealand, although on rare occasions we’re allowed to buy stuff from the Australia Apple Store. It was kind of moot anyway as Australia wasn’t on the list.
Now today, several days later it has been added, but it’s not like they informed us or anything. I just had to keep checking. I’ve put in an order and we’ll see what happens.
That wasn’t the only frustration, but I haven’t got the energy to report the others just now. The other good news is that finally iLife 04 has made it to New Zealand. I’m expecting my copy tomorrow.
