I’m on holiday and working my way through a pile of unwatched DVDs. I want to remember to check in on TechTV at 11 am though. That’s where Pester from Nicholas Riley comes in. It’s a simple free application whose sole purpose is to provide a quick and easy alarm. Make a new alarm and give it some display text. Choose a number of seconds, minutes or hours, or set a particular time and date. Click Set. A nice touch is the text confirming the alarm time and date.
