I drive a 12 year-old Honda (which is regularly broken into or vandalised). It’s a pleasant surprise to find that I can now visit Honda NZ and book a service. I enter my number plate and their database pulls out my car. I can fill in some contact details and check off what kind of service I want. Nice one, Honda!
