We’re turtle-sitting while a friend’s away and I decided to take a photo every day and upload it to a private album on the web. So, every day I take a few photos, choose the best one and then resize the photo to 800*600 and a thumbnail version at 125*83. Then I upload and add it to the page.

I’ve used various methods to resize the images. I have an Applescript folder action. I’ve used Adobe ImageReady. I have QuickImage CM to do it via contextual menu. The latest acquisition though is Resize! (freeware, version 1.4.1, available for Mac and PC) which allows batch resizing with various parameters. Nice.
