According to Stuff the National Library will archive New Zealand’s digital history:

In about 2001 staff realised that much of the written material produced in this country was only seen in digital form — most commonly on the internet.

The majority of the material to be collected will come from the internet. However, other digital material can be collected, such as CD-ROMs and DVDs.
