Recently I tried out a bunch of applications offering multiple clipboards to replace good old Copy Paste X. I finally settled on Jumpcut (see From Copy Paste X to Jumpcut and TextExpander). Along the way I tried PTHPasteboard.

remove-prefpane.jpg Today I realised that PTHPasteboard still shows up in my System Preferences and idly wondered the best way to get rid of it. Then I tried Control Clicking on the Prefpane. Aha!

Control Click, choose Remove, done!

Oh, and Jumpcut works fine. It’s very basic, but it lets me copy and paste between various Mac applications and between Windows and Mac. And it’s free.
