I haven’t yet reinstalled Microsoft Office on my MacBook Pro, and would prefer to avoid it in any case. So, for a client project I’m using Google Docs to add some information to an existing Word document they sent me.

Last night, when extremely tired, I accidentally deleted a few lines of text, but only noticed it this morning.

Revisions is a link in the Google Docs toolbar.

A list of revisions available in Google docs. No problem: right there in the Toolbar is Revisions. Click that link and a list appears of all the recent revisions. Compare versions, view specific versions, and revert to a particular version if you need to.
