We Kiwis just don’t receive discounts and reductions on Apple products — except maybe once a year at the end of November: The Apple Store (New Zealand) – Ready. Set. Shop.:

Come back to the Apple Online Store on Friday, November 30th for a special one-day-only holiday shopping event. You’ll find dozens of great iPod and Mac gift ideas — all with free shipping.

Last year I picked up a reduced price Airport Express. This year I have no funds to spare, but if there’s a real bargain I may have to flash the credit card around.
