That looks a lot like they have a legal department that’s twiddling thumbs all day. Then they realised they can write something on the Internet and the rest is HISTORY in the making. Here a quote from the 2050 exhibit of Irish internet history:

“Ireland was the first country to curtail internet rights to the bare minimum. Starting with the copyright texts of the Ulster Museum and setting standards for generations to come. In 2011 these copyrights then became part of the “global terrorism non-proliferation act that minimises personal freedoms of the individual” and in 2032 in the pan galactic “Interuniverse linking of non private content alliance for spiral galaxies”….

I wonder if these guys know how the internet works. They should probably start legal action against the Google robots and WayBackMachine (http://web.archive.org)
