Just a few months ago I wrote Pull out hex values from the Color Picker that explained how to find the free / donationware HexColorPicker. I use that one quite often when I’m working on websites.
Another freebie is the Developer Color Picker:
Any color picker will let you choose a color from anywhere on your screen, but Developer Color Picker turns that into usable code for your Xcode and web development projects. Developer Color Picker generates code suitable for NSColor, UIColor, CGColorRef, CSS and HTML declarations.

Nice icon, too. Initally I thought it was a glass of beer, but on reflection I guess it’s a tube of paint.
This color picker has its uses for CSS and HTML, producing both hex and RGB codes. It’s probably really more for software developers though.
Still, can one have too many colour pickers?
