It’s been raining and cool or cold for weeks now. Occasionally we get a fine day, but then the rain starts up again.
Today when I took the dogs for a walk I was a little surprised to come across so many fungi. I thought they needed warmer weather.
I’m no expert on fungi, and don’t even know what’s what in the pictures here, but as far as I could see, there were 6 different types.
Oh, and the 7th photo is of a sign on a post. I was surprised to see a NZ Police insignia on a post by the path. Until I looked more closely and could see an inscription below the sign reading Upholding the status quo
