I bought a new cellphone the other day — it was half the price and size of the previous one and does twice as much. However, it comes with a ghastliness called “predictive text”. If I try to type something like “how” it tries to insert all kinds of seemingly unrelated horrors — gingivitis?!! Who would ever want to type “gingivitis” in a text message? Not nearly as many as want to type “how are you” I bet! I can’t understand how this “feature” ever got through the system and into production. Luckily I can switch it off. I have yet to make it through a message with it on.
You are here: / / gingivitis are you
Folks, I'm sorry, but the comment spammers send about a million more comments than real readers do and I can't stand the spam. I've disabled comments again. Feel free to respond to @miraz on Twitter or to email me through the contact form on the site.
