So, my thoughts on Tiger so far? It was sent out on Friday for Saturday delivery. I made sure I had full backups, kept the weekend free, read up the ebook on upgrading and NZ Courier Post failed to deliver the package!
I called the urgent help number and a person took all kinds of details from me, then advised that they’d get back to me on Monday. Track and Trace confirms that the item was shipped and has not been delivered — how useful is that?
A letter of complaint will be winging its way to Courier Post once I’ve found out why they failed to deliver the package. Now I’m assuming it will arrive tomorrow.
