A couple of weeks ago I wrote That six feet under sound, about how one of my MacBook Pro speakers had suddenly turned to static.
I booked the machine in with Toucan, who repaired it last week. It sounds sweet again now.
Then an email turned up from Apple, asking me to complete a survey about the experience. It was all routine stuff, but one question gave me a good laugh:
13a Is there anything else you’d like to tell Apple about your recent carry-in repair experience? (Note: 2000 character limit)
13b Was your comment above a compliment, suggestion, or complaint?
Heh. One person’s compliment is another person’s complaint. 🙂
